Slow and rude service and they messed up my order. Very disappointing
Wish I could give this place zero stars. They are never open at 10:30am.
03/03/2025 7pm Doors locked. Not taking orders. We went here to order sandwiches at 4:30pm on 12/22. Lights were all on. Both doors were locked. No one answered the drive-thru. We ended up going to Wixom JJ's.
I ordered the #12 beach club, got home 20 minutes later and the employee put zero turkey in this sandwich. I tried to send an email to Jimmy John's via email with my complaint and attached a photo of the sandwich with no turkey on it and the Jimmy John's site blocked me. 🤦♀️
Arrived at 8:53pm tonight and tried going inside but the door was locked so I went through the drive through. They helped the vehicle in front of me but told me that they were closed at the moment when I pulled up to order at 8:56pm. I also called ahead to make sure they were open until 9 and they said yes. I pulled up to the window but the employee refused to help me, even though I arrived before 9 and would have been gone by then as well. Disappointing.
