Drove to this location today only to be told they are not taking orders. They claimed to be backed up with online orders so they were not serving any customers that were there...in person. I have no idea how this could be considered acceptable business practice. How are you prioritizing online orders over your live customer? Have had other more positive experiences in the past, hence the good grade for food quality - but the fact that they sent my family away today is enough for me to not return.
