I've placed two online orders recently, both delivered. Both orders were customized and both orders were made correctly. The delivery was prompt. The order today was around 11:30 AM, and delivery was within 15 minutes. The meat is sparse, but for $6.00 and no minimum for delivery, it's not realistic to expect more meat. You do have the option to customize, so you can add more meat for an additional $1.75.
