Went out of business
Came here because Kirby location is just poorly managed. In and out in a MINUTE not sure why a store so close is ran so much better but Kirby needs new employees and managament. Springfield location is a beacon in a sea of darkness I appreciate you guys
Short bald guy just in the store yelling at his staff. Think he’s the manager. Dude seems unhinged. Not coming back till that guys gone.
Less than acceptable service! If I order a sandwhich for my break 20 minutes prior to showing up you would think my TOGO order will be ready. Instead they priorities walk-ins over everything. Even tho I showed up before 3 other customers who all got their food before me. The "freaky fast" sandwhich maker proceeded to hand my food to SOMEONE ELSE.
