I had a terrible experience at this Jimmy John’s. I came in with my disabled son, and the employee with the brown curly hair, black rayban meta glasses, and black Jimmy John’s hat looked like he couldn’t keep himself together. He seemed like he was trying very hard not to laugh throughout our interaction, which made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I’ve gotten the Chicken Bacon Ranch Unwich dozens of times, today I asked for this and was told they could not make it… obviously really confused as I have gotten this sandwich many times before yet apparently the girl at the front said it’s impossible to make… left with no food so this was just a disappointing experience.

I Don’t appreciate spending $17 on a sandwich with one piece of meat. This is crazy business and y’all wonder why y’all drivers never get a tip because the services the restaurant give 🤬
