Ordered 30 PC sandwich platter. Great service.
The SERVICE was terrible. I was served by a man name I believe his name was tray. It was this afternoon. He had a sassy and disrespectful attitude. The owner or managers should do better choosing the employees because I never had an experience like this at this Jimmy John’s. The team is usually welcoming.
Worst JJ location I’ve ever been to. Terrible customer service. They need a management changeover.
