i ordered my first sandwich from uber eats and it was completely wrong, uber gave me a refund so i tried again, the sandwich smelt awful, was hard as a rock, and the veggies and fruit tasted like plastic. I’ve never tried their food and i was being as fair as possible. This place is worse than arby’s. 0/10 would not recommend, go eat at firehouse or subway.

Came here for the picklewich but was told Jimmy John ain’t doing that no more so I tried an “unwich” and it was horrible. It was Disgusting with a capital D and literally was just overpriced lettuce and barely any meat or cheese. I paid like $15 for some LETTUCE. The staff was nice it’s not their fault but I was super dissatisfied and handled my disappointment well but I will never step foot in another Jimmy John’s again unless yall bring the picklewich back.
