Extremely rude order taker at the drive through.
A lot of our employees regularly order from this Jimmy John’s location. Recently, however, it took 1.5 hours for our order to arrive. One of our coworkers jokingly commented “not so freaky fast today?” to the delivery driver, Shane. Should she have done this? Obviously not. However, it was said in a very joking way. My only regret stopping here was not catching the lady’s name who helped me yesterday afternoon so I could give her a proper shout out thanking her! She was working the drive through, and was so personable from start to finish & always had a smile on her face. We all know the food is good, but that service made it that much better! Hope she had a good birthday yesterday too!
