My only regret stopping here was not catching the lady’s name who helped me yesterday afternoon so I could give her a proper shout out thanking her! She was working the drive through, and was so personable from start to finish & always had a smile on her face. We all know the food is good, but that service made it that much better! Hope she had a good birthday yesterday too!
I pulled in place an order and then pulled right out. Drove to the next Jimmy John's.
Terrible costumer service the guy working was a complete jerk and then I told him I w a strip using apple pay then he swore grabbed my phone and tapped it
Lady on cash register was very friendly and accommodating. Man making my sandwiches was such a rude jerk, I turned around and left without finishing my order.
Can’t even do delivery themselves, keep sending it to Uber eats and it takes way longer. “Freaky Fast Delivery” is an absolute joke. It should never take 35-50 minutes for JJs. Not fast and not delivered by them… like that’s their whole thing and they can’t even do it. AND they didn’t toast the sub even though it shows it on the receipt. Just sorry as hell
