I’m very disappointed because I I am being totally ignored from this location. I ordered sandwiches on Sunday, September 7 and had the wrong order delivered. I called this location and spoke with someone who said they would give me a $10 credit for one of the sandwiches that was incorrect so I said fine that would be great but I was told to call the next day and speak with the manager, Katie. I called Monday morning and spoke with Katie and she assured me she would give me this $10 credit on my account. I have yet to see it ... read more
Shockingly slow! +20 minutes in the drive through, and overcooked bread. Hot food takes less time, and is cheaper. Survey link doesn’t work
Never been to a slower JJ’s. Over 15 minutes in the drive thru for 1 sandwich? What in the world. I actually waited in line long enough to take my dog that was with me on a potty break and the line still did not move. Wow.
Honestly the slowest jimmy John’s I have ever been to. And I have ordered here multiple times cause it’s so close to my house. I’m not sure what takes so long to make the one sandwich even if I do delivery, online ordering for pickup, it still takes them quite a bit of time. I even waited for over 20 minutes in the drive thru line and there was only one car in front of me... and no orders behind me for awhile.
