I knew my sandwich was wrong when I pulled it out and it was warm. I ordered an unwich beach club. After I dumped the ingredients out of the bread, the meat and vegetables were warm and soggy. Absolutely disgusting. I waited how long for this wrong order?? This has always been the worst location and I got my yearly reminder today why I don’t go there.

Terrible jimmy johns location. literally go to ANY other location- unless you want your order made wrong- then i guess go here. Can’t even get the MOST SIMPLE, PLAIN, sandwich on THEIR MENU- made correctly. Three times i’ve come in for a slim 6. ITS BREAD. AND CHEESE. and they cant even get that right. You would think you wouldn’t have to check your “sandwich” to make sure it has JUST bread and cheese, or the correct amount of cheese- but guess that’s the case. 2 or 3 times they have canceled my order because they can't keep a delivery driver. TAKE IT OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE THEN! The guy called and told me to order through uber eats or door dash and spend an extra $15 if I wanted a sandwich..

Employees are always friendly but not very fast. I usually order online and do pick up in drive through. I place the order when leaving home to pick up and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. Very rarely is my order even done when I get there. The last time I was there I placed an order at 10:38 and it was finally ready at 11:23 and that was just for two little John's sandwiches. Super frustrating!
