2 or 3 times they have canceled my order because they can't keep a delivery driver. TAKE IT OFF OF YOUR WEBSITE THEN! The guy called and told me to order through uber eats or door dash and spend an extra $15 if I wanted a sandwich..
Employees are always friendly but not very fast. I usually order online and do pick up in drive through. I place the order when leaving home to pick up and it takes about 10 minutes to get there. Very rarely is my order even done when I get there. The last time I was there I placed an order at 10:38 and it was finally ready at 11:23 and that was just for two little John's sandwiches. Super frustrating!
Beware of ordering for delivery. Once we ordered and waited over and hour, today after waiting 50 minutes I called and they explained that they did not have a delivery driver. Maybe stick to picking up in store.
