This place is by far the worse I’ve had to deal with. The crew is disorganized. They lie. I ordered food for delivery. They used Uber for the delivery. After an hour of tracking and waiting, they claim someone stole the food and they had to make it again. Just lies. I’d rather drive all the way to the store in NLR. They got their shit together there.
Went to the Jimmy John’s at 790 Broadway in Little Rock. In the drive thru, I got to the speaker at 12:18. At 12:20, someone finally said “Welcome to Jimmy John’s, please hold”. I waited until 12:30 before anyone made contact again to take my order. Mind you, there were only two cars ahead of me in line. Totally unacceptable.
Tried to order they are having a situation with the sandwich maker “she is unavailable right now” per the drive through guy
I’ve been to this Jimmy John’s three times now, and my experience has been a bit mixed. Two out of the three times, I didn’t actually get the sandwich I ordered — but to be fair, the sandwiches I did get were still delicious. So even though it wasn’t what I asked for, I left happy with the taste. The staff is friendly, but the service can be a little slow, especially in the drive-through. Speed of service is incredibly slow. Waited 30 minutes plus for my order. Subs so fast you’ll freak. Not today lol!
