DO NOT GO TO DRIVE THUR YOU WILL WAIT 20-30 MIN. Look at the comments and this has been a problem for at least 6 months and they DO NOT CARE to fix it. This has happened to me multiple times. LATE with my Delivery 3rd time in row. No more tips
15 minutes in the drive through… twice this week. Had to leave both times. The line did not move. Weird. This place used to have like a 2 minute ticket time. Now over 15 minutes but couldn’t wait to see how long. I literally started laughing sitting in the line because it was so comical. I love the fact that Jimmy John's offers an unwich but because of the cross contamination, it's not safe for people with Celiac Disease. The sandwich was good, except for getting sick afterwards but that's a risk that I knowingly took, not their fault. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because I ordered through the app and waited so long for them to tell me that it was ready that I finally just went to the store and my order had just been sitting there for who knows how long.
