Well I pulled up to the drive through and kid said " hello " I replied with hey how's it goin? Then about a minute of silence until he said hello again. Was i supposed to just order? I don't get it. Then when at the window he didn't say a word. Killer customer service! Sandwich was bussin tho.
Jimmy John’s will always be one of my go-to sandwich places. Honestly, it almost tops Subway for me — and that’s saying a LOT because I love Subway 😂 The sandwiches are consistently good, fresh, and fast, which is exactly what you want from a sandwich shop. I placed an order for delivery to my work address and later received an email that it would be fulfilled through a third party (Uber Eats). I was notified that my order had been delivered, but after waiting and searching for 20 minutes, I could not locate it. I attempted to call and text the driver multiple times with no response.
