EDITED: I've noticed a good change at this location and I feel like the location has been staffed properly! Changing my stars to reflect. Original Review: The only reason I’m giving “service” a one star is because the management hasn’t optimized when and when not to have more staff working. I ordered online about 30minutes before walking over to pick up my order and there is currently 9 other people waiting for their orders. Whenever I'm in the area or working down the street at AGT, I try to go to this location for lunch. Not so much for the food, which is good, it's mainly the people It doesn't matter if I was there yesterday pr 6 months ago, they always remember me and ALWAYS make me feel welcomed. This is by far your best location because of your people. The best investment in any restaurant
Gotta show this place some love! Great staff (Matthew and Rebecca will always be the coolest people there) and efficient service. It does get a bit crowded sometimes, but that's always a good thing, because that means people keep coming back! Keep up the great work, guys!
Jimmy John's has good sandwiches but they would be 10x better if they were toasted. I don't want to bite into a sandwich so cold that my teeth hurt on a 35° day. Hot turkey bacon with melted provolone would be wonderful! Too bad Quiznos imploded. They are the ones who forced Subway to change their business model and start toasting sandwiches. BTW there is still a Quiznos down by the Coliseum. Mmm mmm toasty! Update: I believe Jimmy John's is now toasting their sandwiches. About time!
