Ordered on their website. Didn’t expect uber to drop my order off. They didn’t have the root beer I ordered, so they just simply didn’t include it while still charging me. Keep the money, I won’t be back.
Oh my god The skimpiest Jimmy John's sandwich I have ever had and I have eaten at many different locations of this franchise. I had the veggie sandwich which was simply dotted with avocado spread. So disappointing. They should be embarrassed.
Submitted a complaint via survey and was told by the store manager I'd be compensated a free meal. Finally went in for the free meal a couple weeks later and was told by a worker that they had 2 other customers with the same name (foolishly only put first names and supposedly last 4 digits of phone number) one person had already redeemed theirs and the other name didn't match my last 4. So clearly the manager didn't actually put my name down for compensation. Should've put first and last names anyway for verification with ID... read more
