Food poisoning
Firstly, I’m not from Allen park, I’m from Detroit. I didn’t know this location closed at 9, seeing as my app allowed me to place an order because I ordered before 9.. when I get there, the door was locked because they were closed ( I promise I didn’t know) the employee was extremely rude stating for future reference they close at 9, I’m sorry, you could’ve called me and canceled my order.. but instead handed me my two meals the pops were definitely half way filled with water and half with pop, no fizz, they were disgusting.... read more
Downright awful. What type of Jimmy John's establishment doesn't have bread??
Worst Jimmy John’s location to go to. I ordered a tuna club sandwich for pickup & got a sandwich with no tuna. Called to get a refund and the employee couldn’t care less. The worst thing about it is when I went in to get my order there was no other orders, no other customers, but yet the two employees are just standing there talking but I paid for a sandwich that didn’t even have the main ingredient. Stores been open for 20 minutes. I walk in and was told they are taking online orders only due to short staffed. I thought about placing an online Order but changed my mind and left
