Very poorly made sandwich, zero quality, skimped on everything, I didn’t even take a bite, cherry coke was pure sugar water, do better y’all. This is not my first bad experience there either. If you don’t care about your quality, product, and customers, hire some people who would care.
The food at this location is decent. Nothing too spectacular but good hoagies for a decent price. The problem is the service. I recently ordered $40 worth of food and the entire order came wrong. They claimed they were going to refund my order but never did. After a week of calling them and being told "call us tomorrow" I finally contacted my bank and marked it as fraud. Very poor service.

Service was fast and friendly but new toasted chicken bacon ranch sandwich was not. So little meat and couldn't even taste ranch for $11. I opened it up to make sure there was actually chicken on there.
The employees here are highly unprofessional. They were at the register talking to each other while they're trying to take people's orders and not really fully paying attention to the customer. It's extremely rude and made me feel uncomfortable to even be in there because I felt like they were gossiping about me right in my face. If you want to talk and gossip about people at least wait till they leave to do it and you don't have customers at the counter. They also added a tip that I didn't authorize on my card.
