1.5 hours after ordering delivery and I still have no food and it's looking like it won't arrive at all. I definitely don't recommend this location. Big disappointment.***After 2 hours, I received a delivered notice, but there was no delivery. I'm left with no food and forced to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Jimmy John's can thank this location for why I'll not make any more orders.
Poorly managed. Was not greeted when I walked in. Stood at the cash register for over 5 minutes. Two employees, neither of them interested in tending to my order, even if it was just to say I'm sorry for your wait will be with you in a moment. But nothing.
Great customer service by Sean! Amazing food too:)
Stood in the lobby behind another costumer for 10 minutes and neither of ordered. 2 employees annoyed at the the world behind the counter moving like sloths. No thanks
