Just like the slogan, service is always super quick, the staff is friendly for the most part, and the food is always fresh and tasty.
Garbage customer service. They mess up time to time and fight you when you bring it up and ask for it to be fixed. I eat there once or twice a week for almost a year and I recently brought a mistake up and the guy behind the counter basically called me a liar because I didnt call and yell at them right when it happened. Then said I need a receipt, but the order history and confirmation on the app wouldn't suffice as a receipt apparently.
