First time visiting a Jimmy John's. Horrible experience. Will never be back, at least not at the one in Speedway, IN. Would give 0 stars if available. Person taking the orders did not greet me, did not say "hello, can I help you" did not smile, told him I had never been to a Jimmy John's, he did not suggest anything, just stared at me, I felt like I was really putting him out by just being there.
