Don’t answer phone ever when I call to order
I've visited several times. The food and service are generally passable. Today I put in an online order for 3 subs at 12:15pm. I arrived in store at 12:25pm. I waited in line, and the staff said my order wasn't ready yet. Admittedly they were busy, so I waited. Several people came in after me, ordered, got their orders, and left. Absolutely worst experience at a Jimmy John's anywhere. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive-thru. After paying. They were slammed but they should have said that. I paid in advance and had to wait forever. No excuses on their part. Worst part is we were traveling and this put us way behind schedule.
We came through around 9:20-9:30pm, husband's sandwich was missing pickles & oregano/basil, I asked for extra lettuce, extra croutons, and extra sauce, there was extra sauce but light lettuce and croutons which made for a small and overly saucy sandwich, also was poorly wrapped and not cut in half. We ordered online and still waited 7-10 min for our sandwiches which I would be fine with if they were made right, very disappointing $25 dinner, when there's a good crew this place makes amazing sandwiches but if the wrong person... read more
