The couple times my girl has gone through the drive through, this one younger lady has spilled my girls drink on to her, and didn’t apologize nor did she offer napkins to pick up the mess.
Good food
Nothing wrong with the food, I order delivery and that seems to be faster than their drive through. I don't know what it is about the Alma location but they are "so fast you'll freak", it's the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to. Being a little bit picky here, every time I order and select to get napkins they never give me napkins and this is the second time I've ordered a drink and not received a straw. Room for improvement here.
