First off, I've been a Jimmy John's fan for a long time, I love the giant subs and the taste over subway. Came in today with a smaller order of the Beach Club sub. It was pretty empty inside but the employees were nice enough. I come home and open up the sub to this. 90% lettuce with maybe a small layer of meat. Don't want to say its the whole JJ franchise but I'd steer clear of this location in the future.
It's almost 4pm on a Saturday and I haven't eaten all day, but had to Pick up an UBEREATS delivery here and the lobby was empty. I simply asked Kobe(who created me as soon as I walked in & made my Greek gyro so damn fast!! Kobe provided me with top notch customer service in under 5mins and all I want to say is thank you...also that my gyro was delicious!!!?
Ordered from here numerous times and haven't had an issues. Staff is always friendly and attentive.
