freaky slow edited: 2025-12-12. It's only gotten worse. This Jimmy John's is now regularly using ubereats to deliver food rather than sending an employee. I don't even know that they still hire delivery couriers. These days, 1 hour wait for delivery is standard.
Great sandwiches, friendly staff. This location gets slammed from online orders because of its proximity to the entire downtown Clayton workforce. You’ll want to order half an hour ahead (whereas the average JJ needs no more than half a minute). But, it’s worth the wait.
Cannot even post any stars because as we walked in to order, we were refused service at 8:15 and the store did not even close till 9. Very disappointed!
