I usually have no problems with this Jimmy Johns, but tonight I was not impressed with the customer service. I had a buy one get one free coupon to use that would have saved me $10 on a sandwich. The drive through guy told me that the coupon wouldn’t work, which in fact It was a qualifying order. I called the store and talked to the manager, who also did nothing to solve the problem. The whole point of going was to use the coupon to save money that worked had the worker applied it correctly. Disappointing.
Took a full hour to receive my delivery order to work about 5 minutes from the Jimmy Johns. I called about my order and the employee said he couldn’t do anything about it. Would have been helpful to have made it right!
My orders never get delivered or if they do it takes 2 hours. I called to get my refund on an order that they canceled and they blocked my number after hanging up on me negative 5 stars
This location is freaky slow
I don't understand how hard it is to place an order and get what you ask for.
