I ordered on 11/13 specified over and over I wanted a gargantuan ONLY meat due to an allergy to milk to which the smartellic order Taker Joe asks if I want oregano so I specified again ONLY MEAT NOTHING ELSE. They ended up putting cheese on it. I took one bite.. and ended up in the emergency room all night. Anaphylaxis is life threatening. I had 4 times the normal dose of epinephrine to save my life. I usually have no problems with this Jimmy Johns, but tonight I was not impressed with the customer service. I had a buy one get one free coupon to use that would have saved me $10 on a sandwich. The drive through guy told me that the coupon wouldn’t work, which in fact It was a qualifying order. I called the store and talked to the manager, who also did nothing to solve the problem. The whole point of going was to use the coupon to save money that worked had the worker applied it correctly. Disappointing.

Took a full hour to receive my delivery order to work about 5 minutes from the Jimmy Johns. I called about my order and the employee said he couldn’t do anything about it. Would have been helpful to have made it right!
