I called just before closing time and told them the situation (we just had our little girl at the hospital and the wife wasn’t able to eat for 27 hours) and she was craving Jimmy John’s. The team at this store went above and beyond. The service was great and they were way more than accommodating! Thank you to whoever you were! Ps mama and little one are doing great. This happened on May 5, 2025.
Is a $9.00 cubano sandwich really supposed to have just two thin pieces of ham that you can see through? And a tiny bit of bacon and some pickles and a slice of cheese? Ridiculous. The owner responded to my Google review that I should reach out with the details. I DID reach out with the details and got no response.
