Horrible wait times. I don’t know why I’ve come back. It’s the same experience every time. The drive thru lines hasn’t moved in 10 minutes.
Food quality has gone way down, less meat, toppings, bread is terrible. I ordered extra turkey and cheese (they’re really tight with it last year or so) and was charged almost $7! 2 sandwiches with no drinks, no chips cost over $24!’ Outrageous! I was the only person there right around dinner time and the vegetable bins were near empty, so very little was put in our sandwiches. Service and food always great!
Food is always great. However the young lady working at the register was very rude to her team members and were yelling at them. She had a lot of rubber bracelets on, long lashes, & a nose ring. She was carrying on her own personal conversation with another team member while I was waiting there at the counter. I had a mix up with my order and she yelled at another young lady over it and she did nothing wrong. I will not be coming back to this location.
