NO chicken in my chicken wrap !! I ordered the kickin' Ranch Chicken Wrap and was monumentally let down to discover the chicken was missing from the wrap. This was only my third time ordering from jj's, however, I'm not sure if I want to order from here again 🥀
Went to the drive through for the 5.99 special only to learn that deal is for online order. So we left and placed the order online. Drove through and they gave us the wrong order. My turkey tom doesn't have any turkey. My husband's Pepe is roast beef. Try again JJs.
Restaurant is modern, very clean. Convenient location with plenty of parking. They also offer a drive-through option. The cashier was super helpful with my questions about ingredients, and patiently walked me through how to redeem reward points in the new app. My sandwich was ready quickly, and it was delicious!
The turkey sandwich had only a thin slice of turkey and was mostly filled with lettuce. It was disappointing and not worth the money. I won’t be coming back.
