I have been to this location many times without any issue. On Monday my sandwich was made wrong. My daughter is allergic to tomatoes and they included tomatoes when I asked them not to. No biggie. I called and was told that they would put my name on the board and I would receive a $10 credit, basically a free sandwich when I came back. Went through the drive thru today with the receipt and info for the ignorant, rude, Caucasian woman at the window to tell me that the general manager said they can’t honor it because it happen... read more
