As someone who has to have food to take medication I was in an bind and needing lunch and ordered my favorite meal for today. I was starving and tracking the delivery with Uber Eats. The Uber driver drove right passed my house and marked it delivered but never delivered. Within a minute I called the store and the manager was so wondeful and had the order remade and delivered with their delivery driver. Orders always correct and food is good!
Don't get me wrong, I love a good JJs sandwich. However, I don't know if it's just this location or what, but everytime I order through the app or go through the drive thru they ALWAYS mess my order up. It's not like it's that hard to keep sauses and tomatoes off a sandwich. They have messed it up enough times to prompt this review. I guess I'm just going to have to find another location EDIT: Haven't ate there in a while so I tried it again today 16OCT25. Only cause 0 stars isn't an option. over an hour delivery time 4 minutes away on multiple occasions. With Jimmy John's policy being to only deliver within 5 minutes of their store for "freaky fast" delivery. Terrible reaction when called every time. Just eat Jersey Mike's.
