After a slight issue the manager Emily was very helpful. She was professional and was prompt on taking care of the customer. No place can be perfect but taking accountability matters more than anything. Thank Emily you’ll have your own store in no time. -sincerely a Jimmy J’s FREAK FANATIC

Staff was extremely rude. Very impatient even though we were the only customers in the building.
This used to be the best location but now they seem to refuse to give you what you order and when they do its expired. Not sure what happened to the good employees but the girl today was extremely rude and when I went back to get nonexpired food she acted like I was the issue just like when I had to remind her of my drink when she was trying to shoo me away from the window. You can poison people this way I hope you know that
