I'm very disappointed with this location been here twice and twice was told they were out of Italian bread that we could have wheat bread or a wrap and this was at 6:15 in the evening...

Not as speedy fast as other Jimmy John's.
After a slight issue the manager Emily was very helpful. She was professional and was prompt on taking care of the customer. No place can be perfect but taking accountability matters more than anything. Thank Emily you’ll have your own store in no time. -sincerely a Jimmy J’s FREAK FANATIC
