Decided to try Jimmy John’s because they advertised the New option to Toast subs. After ordering and Paying for my food, the guy making it tells me he WON’T toast my sandwich (and Not because the toaster is broken or anything like that) and when i asked Why he got/gave me Major attitude‼️…Of course when i then asked to speak with a manager HE [supposedly] Was the manager. Never going back there again.
We hurried there, but we got there 23 minutes before they close. Nice young man was making my three subs and then the drive-through guy comes over and starts trying to hurry him up and he’s gonna help him and starts handling the sub with no gloves and he’s working the drive-through and I saw him take money And then I said something and then he’s loud and argumentative so I told him just to keep the subs and I wasn’t going to even attempt to get a refund because he was argumentative when I nicely said please I don’t want that... read more
