I did not place an order but encountered an interaction that left me appalled! Someone at my place of work made a delivery order and the driver waited at the front desk because “she didn’t tip can you see if she’s going to” Once we checked in the back, she said she left a tip online, When we came back and told the driver, she told us “wow no she didn’t tip and now she wasted my time.” I understand drivers make money off their tips but to expect a tip and make a scene at a place of work is not acceptable.
