I love Jimmy John's as well. Tonight, actually, left the house to bring my lady some stuff, and stopped by JJ's on the way home (made the trip really to go JJ's) and asked for onions on my sandwich. I get home, take that first bite, and no onions. Checked the receipt and it said, "add onions" sure enough. Idk why I can't just get what I pay for especially when it's a $20 sandwich.
I usually love this place, however, I ordered the other evening, got an email the order was ready, was there within a half hour and it still took them 20 minutes to make the order🤷
Very rude and disorganized to drive-through service. He lost my business.
