TERRIBLE customer service!
The wait was rather long, but the staff made up for it by providing us with free drinks and food. The sandwiches were well prepared, and tasted good. However, mine was missing some ingredients. I think it was because they were so busy.
Quick drive-thru experience. Quality food.
2/5 Ordered the Roast Beef & Cheddar from the West Fargo Jimmy John's and it came without the horseradish sauce. That's a pretty important part of the sandwich, and every other Jimmy John's I've been to in the tri-state area has managed to get it right. Mistakes happen, but missing a key ingredient on a straightforward order is disappointing. Do better. Edit: I forgot to mention, there was also absolutely no fried onions aswell.
