Great service and customer service.
I have eaten at this location multiple times a week for YEARS for my lunch breaks. I got a sub from them last week and it had a giant hair in it. I took pictures but did not eat the sandwich. I emailed customer service very politely and they have essentially ghosted me. No refund, no comps. Nothing. They said "the message was forwarded to the manager".
