Everytime I've been in or had delivered its been excellent. People working there very nice and a clean store.
Sandwich tasted off and also bland. Italian meat kinda tasted like a fridge. Bread had little hard bits in it that ruined the texture. It does smell good inside, though.
First time in this store, but my sandwich tasted good.
Ordered the ultimate italian giant and split with my wife. We both agreed although it had plenty of meat it was surprisingly flavorless considering the variety and amount. Could not taste the cheese at all. If you're going because you're fanished it will fill you up it will do that. This facility is noted as a training facility on building so you would expect it to be their best.
Train your delivery drivers right or replace them. Just got my food delivered around 6:30 pm today and the driver practically demanded a tip and was very unprofessional. I felt guilt tripped into giving a tip and was very upset. I still would if given one if they didn’t say anything. Jimmy John’s retrain your employees 😡
