Five minutes after ordering, I get a call — no intro, no name, nothing — just someone saying “we don’t got no delivery driver.” I had to guess it was Jimmy John’s. I said “okay,” and the guy follows up with “whatchu wanna do?” — like I’m somehow inconveniencing him. I told him to just cancel it, and he immediately hung up without confirming anything. No delivery driver during lunch, ordered through door dash and had to wait for over 30 minutes for the food. The driver even left and another reassigned driver still had to sit and wait for 15 minutes for the employee to get done eating before they made my food. Definitely not “Jimmy John fast.”
Wish I could put negative stars. Place an online order? Want freaky fast service? Go somewhere else. Placed an online order, after 20 minutes I went to the store to see if it was ready (as this location NEVER confirms on the app) just to wait over an hour while countless orders are being made ahead of me. Meanwhile during the lunch rush, all three employees and what seems to be the manager have NO sense of urgency. Constantly joking around while customers are waiting for who knows how long. Ive had acceptable experiences, but the last two times have been pretty bad. Both times the bread has been either stale or overcooked and items are usually missing from my orders. Just go to jersey Mike's, they're a lot better
Did you guys change your hours? I walked in around 5:30 to get an early supper, and the woman said she was just getting ready to lock up. I was passing by about 20 minutes after I left, and the place was shut down.
