Stopped by the Sumner Jimmy John’s around 6:40 PM and it was one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. The staff looked completely checked out rude, slow, and acting like customers were an inconvenience. There was a woman sitting off to the side in a Jimmy John’s shirt who clearly seemed like the one in charge, but she didn’t do anything. I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. I went to this Jimmy John’s expecting a quick, decent sandwich, but what I got was a total mess. The order was completely wrong — I asked for no mayo and extra pickles, and somehow got the opposite. When I politely brought it to the staff’s attention, the manager, Mary, acted like I was the problem. She was rude, dismissive, and made zero effort to fix the mistake. Gross, my veggie came with 3 peices of cucumber & 3 peices tomatoes plus a little lettuce? Was like mayonnaise sandwich! 40 dollars for 3 nasty sandwiches! Gross gave them to the birds

I love Jimmy John’s however whoever makes sandwich’s, please only put the condiments listed or added on the sandwich. The Vito doesn’t come with mayo so don’t add it!
