I love jimmy johns. So much that my family laughs and calls me the jimmy john connoisseur. So the moment I opened my sandwich I noticed it was INCREDIBLY SMALL. Why are the ends cut off? I come to this spot all the time. But today it was two workers I have never seen before. I'm so disappointed. Maybe cuz it was that tailgate offer and toasted bogo going on. But for sure definitely not what I paid for. Damn
First time at JJ and I have to say the food was delicious! But the staff at this location were very rude. Girl with the glasses at the counter taking our order was rolling her eyes and acting like we were wasting her time. I would come back to JJ but not at this location.
Ordered online for pickup on my lunch break. Got there and the sandwich was not ready. When I finally received the sandwich and got back to work, all I received was bread and vegetables with no meat. Very confused how that is the case considering the order was placed online. I immediately call the store to tell them and I asked the person that answered if they needed my name and order number and he said no and said that he would issue a refund.
