We placed an order for delivery after a highschool swim and dive event, we got our food and we had missing sidesand straws. Me personally they forgot my pickle the best part of my order and it made me very upset. They also forgot my coachs straw for her drink so she couldn't even drink it. My overall exsperience at this ppace was horrible.

Labor Day weekend 2026: My dad and I were looking around in town and decided to go to Jimmy Johns for lunch. When we arrived we ordered and purchased drinks and sandwiches. When we walked over to the ice machine for beverages we couldn’t get any ice from the machine. When we asked about it they said we don’t have any ice, ONLY AFTER WE PURCHASED OUR DRINKS! I haven't been wanting to order from this location after a few times because I felt like my order has been put on the little Jimmy breads when I ordered a full sized Jimmy. My vehicle is broke down so its convenient for me to order delivery and I was hoping I was mistaken. Staff was very freindly. Love this jimmy johns due to drive thu... i use it all the time because of it.. great food as always.
