Messed up order. Order packer was chewing her nails while packing orders and line sandwich maker coughing on sandwiches. I would stay away from this nasty place.
I’ve never in my life gave a rating but this deserved one. Order a sandwich through the app because I had a reward for a free sandwich. I tried paying for a delivery with my card and apple pay. Both did not work, so I selected cash. I received a call 20 minutes later saying I did not pay and needed to complete my payment before they deliver. I do feel the store manager or hiring manager attitude is ridiculous, rude, ignorant and yeah she can’t handle her job then she needs to find something else to do

I placed a mobile order at 11:30 AM and arrived at 11:45 AM to pick it up. What followed was a frustrating wait until noon, during which time I observed multiple walk-in customers arriving after me, ordering, receiving their food promptly, and leaving.
