Understaffed location and short girl at the regoster doesn't say hi, actually doesn't speak at all, no expression, no communication, who train/hire this people? That's Chicago for you, equal opportunities means no more customer service....
Why would you allow people to bring their dogs in where food is being served. Dog shakes one time and it’s hair everywhere. People really misuse that privilege.
I just wanted my sandwich, not be over charged, and maybe not feel uncomfortable in the restaurant. I got none of those things. - They over charged me by 40% for my meal - they didn’t give receipt when I asked for it. - They treated poorly when I questioned the price difference - They got my order wrong, then acted unprofessional and stated blaming each other and eventually directed the blame at me - The team remade my sandwich but talked about messing with it and loud enough for me to hear in retaliation.
