At 12:19 PM on October 11, I had an awful experience at this Jimmy John’s location. The two women working were rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. They lied and said my order wasn’t ready when it actually was. Their attitude and behavior were unacceptable, and this location clearly lacks proper customer service. I won’t be returning, and management needs to address this immediately.
I order online from here a lot and the amount of times I have either missing items or incorrect ingredients on my sandwich is insane. It doesn't seem like anyone you guys hire here does their job 100%. I picked up my order just now and as I get home, open my bag up and chips are missing. Why should I have to check to make sure everything is in there when I should have the confidence that it's all accounted for by the staff? Absolute horrible service. Amazing food, just horrible staff
Feel like 2 stars might be too high of a score because there was a child (seemingly belonged to one of the employees) that was running around the entire restaurant, he was in the kitchen then touching the doors then back in the kitchen with zero supervision. It was very unsanitary. On top of that the woman making our sandwiches was incredibly rude and got upset when we asked for no mayo even though we had already asked that before she started making it. (0 stars for service and atmosphere).
