I order online from here a lot and the amount of times I have either missing items or incorrect ingredients on my sandwich is insane. It doesn't seem like anyone you guys hire here does their job 100%. I picked up my order just now and as I get home, open my bag up and chips are missing. Why should I have to check to make sure everything is in there when I should have the confidence that it's all accounted for by the staff? Absolute horrible service. Amazing food, just horrible staff
Feel like 2 stars might be too high of a score because there was a child (seemingly belonged to one of the employees) that was running around the entire restaurant, he was in the kitchen then touching the doors then back in the kitchen with zero supervision. It was very unsanitary. On top of that the woman making our sandwiches was incredibly rude and got upset when we asked for no mayo even though we had already asked that before she started making it. (0 stars for service and atmosphere).

I went to pick up my free toasted sub promo I ordered a day ahead. When I arrived they informed me that franchise owner is not participating in that promo. Other friends of mine were able to get their free sandwich. They did not inform me before coming in this is really terrible customer service. Do not buy from this jimmy Johns franchise owner.
The bread at this location is always extremely dry. Ruins the sandwich
