My wife opened her giant tuna and there was a hair in it. And the girl at the counter argued that it wasn't her or any of the staffs as she also was busy on her phone and the guy who made sandwiches was very professional and made my wife a new sandwich koodos to him and the pther young lady who made our sandwich super nice and couteous food quality very good and restaurant was clean
The staff were too busy playing on their phones to assist me. I had never been to a Jimmy John's before and was not aware of the pick-up process. I also did not know that I had to make my own drinks. Instead of assisting me, they continued playing on their phones and acted like I was a huge inconvenience for not knowing and for actually asking questions. I guarantee I will not bother their cell phone time ever again.
After my bad experience today, I refuse to go back. I will take my business to Firehouse Subs across the parking lot. I was waiting at the register for a few minutes and not one of the 2 guys that worked there greeted me and acknowledged my presence until I asked if anyone was going to help he. I was really close to walking out. Both guys had zero situational awareness and gave bad customer service. Not to mention this is one of the slowest Jimmy John's I've ever been to.
I told to serve tuna and got a meat one. The only person working was rude and adamant claiming I asked for #1. I never told so, and his English is poor to communicate with. This is the worst of its kind, and he didn't even tell to make another one or refund. Stay away from these snitches.
The worst customer service ever. A rude and liar person makes sandwiches and claims your ordered something different. Liar Liar Liar. So many bad reviews, no action. Needs class action lawsuit for violation of religious rights and taking money while not providing service. No refunds or no change from their side. Rott in hell.
