Ordered online. Selected specific customizations. Both sandwiches were missing a freebie add on..or if it was there, they put one but of it. Both sandwiches were also requested to be cut in half but weren't. Requested condiments packets and didn't get them. When I walked in employees didn't seem too happy which is expected in retail (not an easy job) but they also didn't seem busy so I'm not sure why my order wasn't correct. Next time I'll drive out of my way to a different community to get my sandwich.
Way to expensive now....bye bye Jimmy Johns!! So sad 12 dollars for tuna really!!
We came in and ordered six sub sandwiches, they were not the correct size, incorrect fixings, and my aunt got through half her sandwich before pulling out a hair from her sandwich. I don't know who cut our pickle spears but they were absolutely atrocious.
The worst customer service ever!! The cashier was exceptionally rude, my son had grabbed a cookie I took it and put it back, the cashier picks it up and nods his head saying no, I told the cashier I’d purchase it if it was damaged or whatever and he completely dismissed me and said just order ok. This is not how you handle customers at all. Jimmy John’s let’s do better on training your employees on customer service.
