Tonight around 8:40 we ordered three combo meals for dine in, and we thought we had plenty of time because we knew they closed at 9:00 pm. However at 8:55 while the manager was cleaning the tables around us the young girl behind the counter made a point to tell us that the dining room closed at 9:00 pm and we had 5 minutes to finish up because we weren’t allowed to be in the dining room after “closing” ~ I honestly could not believe what I was hearing!! The crew tonight was very pleasant. They went above and beyond, and after a long day, was very refreshing.
Ordered from them and they never bothered to tell me my order had been dropped off, I was waiting for an app or phone call notification and it never came. Since companies never pay attention unless you drop a horrid review, that's what I'm doing.
I came in and ordered the cubano for the first time. The staff were nice enough, I paid for my order and went home without checking the sandwich. The sandwich itself is more bread than actual ingredients. Absolutely horrible portions for a $9 sandwich. Definitely will not be returning.
I recently hurt my foot and put in a group order today without thinking about how I'd get it back to my car as I'm in crutches. The guy behind The counter saw my situation and proactively offered to help bring everything to my car. Thank you so much!
