The fact that Jimmy John’s lets this franchise opt out of every single National promotion is a joke. Went to place an online order and couldn’t use it at this location. Total joke this is why all Jimmy John’s are starting to fail. The franchise needs to do something to get some sort standard across stores
I always receive great service here, but I wanted to especially highlight the woman and man that helped me tonight (June 19th, 6:20 PM.) I came home from a long day at work, and they smiled at me, asked how I was, and really went above and beyond. They made my day! & the subs are delicious, as usual.
Cancelled my order without explanation and won’t answer the phone despite being open
I've eaten here before twice now and the subs have always been very good. Small place with only 2 high tables but it's all good. I wanted to use the restroom today so I went in and asked them if I could use the restroom and Liz and Cisco were there and he said no at first (jokingly) and then he let me in! I told him, I'll buy something if I need to! Haha and he said nah it's alright. So not only are the employees awesome and the food is good, they let you use the restroom too.
