There was an issue with an online order, I did not receive the giant sandwich I ordered and Dillion was very nice and professional and helped to get out the sandwich to me asap & offered me a credit for the long wait and incomplete order. Thankyou Dillion for your kindness, patience and professionalism!
Had a bad day, didn't eat at all today.. my server Chris was really respectful and helpful with any questions I had and very patient...completely made my day! Bright smiles and fast service! Would highly recommend this spot!!
Don’t let the bad reviews fool you. This Jimmy John’s has been a favorite go-to spot of mine since forever. They always get my sandwich right and the service has always been outstanding. The ingredients have always tasted fresh and well made. This place is great; specially the kind worker lady named Rosario. (Who makes sure I get my extra veggies and mayo on my sandwich.)
