Gargantuan no tomato
I came through the drive thru and my sandwiches weren't made right I called back asked them to remake it properly the manager refused to I've been a loyal customer for a while absolutely ridiculous that he couldn't remake this place is going down hill and very disappointing need better customer service and I asked for the 1800 number and he had a attitude with me horrible customer service they need better management
Great service but there was very little of anything on the sandwich it was cold and way overpriced terrible definitely won’t be back !!! With their subs being $20 would be cheaper meal taking my wife to Outback Steakhouse !!!
I don’t Usually leave reveals I should’ve checked the reveals before I went. The food was OK. Their service was OK but who in their right mind decided to make A cold sub half the size of subway sub and put a $20 price tag on it. We’ll never stop at Jimmy John’s again !!!!
I ordered an 8" slim, along with other things...While I was placing the order, talking to the evening manager, I could hear a loud mouthed female giggling and shouting in the background...I got the order, but was missing the cheese on the 8" plain slim...I tried to call back to let them know they forgot the cheese, and the loud mouthed female kept hanging up on me...Wish I didn't live by Brookes st Jimmy Johns, better food at the Higgins one...The evening manager at Brooks st, is very good, but the food kinda tastes like a h... read more
