Asked for extra lettuce in my wrap and ended up with barely any meat in my kickin ranch wrap. Such a waste of money!
Delivery driver calls and yells eventhough there are directions on how to get in, then throws sandwich at door when there is a bench right there. Thanks for smashing my kids lunch.
Wish I took a picture, but the sandwiches are probably half the size of what they used to be. The bread is smaller and the actual meat / contents inside is much less. I hadn’t ordered from JJ since 2019... looking back at order history, the same meal that cost $11.50 delivered is now $22.50 and also smaller in quantity. Won’t be returning to any JJ location again.
