Normally I get great service when I come to this location Jimmy John's in Hyde Park. Not today the young man at the register tried to use the same gloves he wronged up the order with to make the food. When asked to change his gloves he had an attitude. He then proceeded to prepare my sandwich while rubbing his apron up against it.

This is my favorite Jimmy John’s. The food is always fresh and made with love and care. All of the staff members are polite, friendly, and take pride in providing excellent customer service. On October 14, 2025, I had a large order for my students who were going on a field trip and was unsure of what to order. They didn’t hesitate to assist me.
