I've ordered three times recently and twice my order was messed up. I don't care about forgetting a straw or mustard packets--that happens every time. But no drink or wrong drink, kind of ruins the meal while on lunch break with no alternative options. While I was perturbed, I called the first time and the manager (female this go around) gave me the option of a $5 credit or have a new drink delivered. the only reason i did not put all 5 stars is because, as of recently. my sandwiches have not been coming out as yummy as they did before, There used to be this awesome employee, his name was Carlos if im not mistake. once he made my sandwhich i fell in love with this jimmy johns. His mannerism is very different from the others as well. respectful and doesn’t make u feel so rushed like others. bring back Carlos and this is place will be a 5 star rating for real. just saying, as a paying customer.
