I am writing to bring attention to a significant breakdown in hospitality and service standards at this location. During my recent visit, I was assisted by a male employee (Caucasian, heavy-set, with a scruffy appearance) whose conduct fell incredibly short of what should be expected from any customer-facing role. Hands down the most incompetent staff I’ve ever dealt with. I ordered over an hour ago and the food STILL wasn’t out for delivery. Every time I called, they immediately dumped me on hold for 10+ minutes. When I called back, they took the phone off the hook to avoid answering altogether. It took four calls just to get a human being to pick up so I could ask if I should come get the order myself or if they finally planned to deliver it. Stopped in for a quick lunch and this Jimmy John’s didn’t disappoint. My sandwich was fresh, tasty, and made super fast—exactly what you want from a spot like this. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. Great option if you’re in the area and need something quick and reliable!
