I’m not sure who this new person is but he needs to seriously get talked to. I’m not sure what his problem is but he has an attitude out of this world but the way he was talking to some of the customers in there was not acceptable. If he doesn’t like his job maybe he should be somewhere else. There’s people that would love to have his job. The staff here are so welcoming and the quality of the food is great. Whenever I come in on the weekends the taller gentleman, I believe his name is Ron, Always greets everyone respectfully and is a very caring employee. Definitely be back because of him
I had a very upsetting experience at this Jimmy John’s that needs to be addressed. Upon entering the store, every other employee smiled, greeted, and welcomed me, which I truly appreciated. However, an employee named Kinnen I believe, who has dreadlocks, did not acknowledge me at all. When he began taking my order, I added extra protein to my sandwich.
