After reading the reviews I didn’t go
I ordered ahead for the free toasted sub and they called me saying I couldn’t do that and they needed to cancel my order. I tried again the next day at opening and it was already sold out. Horrible promotion execution.
This location has a serious problem getting orders correct. I told the cashier three different times what I wanted and my sandwich still came out wrong. I had it remade and it was wrong again. Other customers also had incorrect orders while I was there.
I decided to try the new Jalapeño Chicken Ranch Wrap yesterday for lunch. The lady who took my order, took the order wrong. I ask her did they have a chicken wheat wrap, and she said yes. I ask her can she substitute the ranch dressing with the caesar dressing, and she said yes. So she ask the worker who was preparing the food did they have the wheat wrap, he went to look on menu paper and he told her yes that had it. I pay for my order, and I didn't get a order # receipt.
