Honestly this is my favorite store, Food tastes great and the Manager Alexandra is really nice, Will be coming back
Stopped by this Jimmy John’s for a quick lunch and it totally delivered. The staff was friendly and working fast—even during the rush. I ordered the #9 Italian Night Club and it was ready in just a few minutes, fresh and perfectly made. Bread was soft but not soggy, veggies were crisp, and the meats were well-layered. The worst Jimmy Johns order was completely wrong. They TBO as an option but dont follow that tab to be done. I wanted an unwich and received bread. Called and the "manager" did not help at all. Bad food bad customer service. No follow up the worse establishment if I could give no stars I would
Always fast and reliable. Sandwiches are fresh, the bread is soft and flavorful, and the delivery is super quick. Great for a quick lunch or late-night bite. Sometimes they go a little heavy on the lettuce, but overall — solid subs every time.
Service was bad, wasn't welcomed by employees, I ordered a veggie sandwich from a woman with bright pink lipstick and once I got home there was a smear of avocado on it and I asked for ranch on the sandwich. There was no ranch, very upset.
