Rude black lady doesn't even speak just looks at you like you did something wrong.
Ordered Uber Eats from here and there was a hair on my food
total rip off for the veggie sandwich. Literally every other sandwich place on planet earth makes a better one with more ingredients.
This location has the worst management. I placed an order over an hour ago and just called because I have not received any notification of my order status and the “manager” answering said it could be up to another hour before they deliver because they keep running out of bread and meat. I’m sorry but you’re a sandwich shop, bread and meat are your only options. So much for “freaky fast”.
I live a block away and walk into this JJ's regularly. While I agree that it's not perfectly clean and the team members aren't quite as friendly as other locations I have visited, I have never once had a problem with anyone being rude or the food being anything less than what I expect. My order has never been incorrect in over 50 visits, but I also don't get delivery or order in advance so I can't vouch for that aspect.
